Abia City Boy Movement Visits Minister Onyejeocha Ahead of Mega Empowerment Rally
In a strategic move to deepen youth engagement and drive grassroots empowerment in Abia State, the Abia City Boy Movement has intensified consultations ahead of its highly anticipated Mega Empowerment Rally.
The Abia State delegation of the City Boy Movement, led by its State Director, Mayor Lucky Igbokwe (Don Lulu), paid a courtesy visit to the Honourable Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Adaejiagamba, Nkeiruka Onyejeocha, to brief her on the forthcoming Abia Mega Empowerment Rally scheduled for April 25, 2026, in Umuahia.
Speaking during the visit, Onyejeocha, a partner of the City Boy Movement, commended the leadership of the movement for organizing an empowerment programme that aligns with her long-standing political ideals. She expressed appreciation to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his numerous policies, which she noted have contributed to stabilizing the country, while also leveraging the City Boy Movement as a platform to bring young people closer to governance.

She reaffirmed her full support for the movement, emphasizing that sustainable empowerment has remained a defining feature of her political journey. Onyejeocha further urged the leadership to intensify efforts toward translating their vision into tangible outcomes, particularly in mobilizing support to secure Abia State for the President and all APC candidates.
In his remarks, the State Director, Mayor Lucky Igbokwe (Don Lulu), lauded the Honourable Minister for her impactful leadership both in Abia State and at the national level. He commended her commitment to service and her numerous empowerment initiatives that have positively impacted lives.

Igbokwe also praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his youth-friendly policies, describing the City Boy Movement as a strategic platform for effectively engaging and integrating young people into governance.
He assured that the movement remains committed to inclusiveness and grassroots mobilization, pledging that no stakeholder will be left behind as the organization works diligently to achieve its objectives.
