TINUBU BROKERS TRUCE AS WIKE, FUBARA, RIVERS ASSEMBLY MEMBERS RECONCILE IN ABUJA PEACE MEETING.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has successfully intervened in the prolonged political crisis rocking Rivers State, brokering a truce between key political figures—Governor Siminalayi Fubara, Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike, and Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Martins Amaewhule.

The high-level peace meeting was held behind closed doors at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Thursday and brought together major stakeholders in the state’s political conflict. Also in attendance were other lawmakers and influential leaders from Rivers State.
