ESTRANGED HUSBAND GUNS DOWN INFLUENCER GLORIA ZAMORA AND HER FRIEND OUTSIDE A RESTAURANT IN CALIFORNIA

In a tragic and deeply disturbing incident that unfolded over the weekend, popular fitness coach and social media influencer Gloria Zamora, 40, and her companion Hector Garduno, 43, were fatally shot by Zamora’s estranged husband outside a sushi restaurant on Summit Avenue in Fontana California.
The assailant, identified as Thomas Alberto Tamayo Lizarraga, reportedly tracked Zamora to the restaurant’s parking lot and opened fire on the couple. The motive appears to be linked to their ongoing separation, as Zamora had recently spoken publicly about her divorce on a podcast. She had been at the restaurant for about an hour before the attack occurred.
Authorities say the attack was interrupted by an off-duty San Bernardino County sheriff’s deputy who heard the gunshots nearby. The deputy swiftly responded, confronted Lizarraga, and fatally shot him during the confrontation. The swift action potentially saved others from harm.
Fontana police have launched a full investigation into how Lizarraga discovered Zamora’s location. They are exploring the possibility of digital tracking or other methods used to stalk the victim.
Zamora, a mother of seven, was widely admired for her inspiring online presence and was considered a motivating figure for women pursuing fitness, healing, and self-empowerment after trauma.
This incident has once again highlighted the devastating consequences of domestic violence and the urgent need for stronger protection measures for individuals trying to rebuild their lives after leaving abusive relationships.
Authorities are urging anyone with additional information about the case to come forward.
